okayyy. its been lyk damn long since i last blogged. amanda's back till the 28th. hahaha. went out with her ivan and eliza on sat. was damn crap. we had nth to do. the neos we took were lyk horrible. bleah. and ivan spent $40 on us. ahahaha.

classs still the same tho. just dat many ppl are not in class due to comp and stuffs. and there are lyk so MANY tests. track comp finals is tomoro. i doubt we will win sports school. they are lyk gonna win us by a small margin again. damn. i got 3rd in my jumps. lost to jannah and another sports school girl. bleah. i onli did 4.6m. but its quite all right, since i did my jumps right after running 200m. oh ya. and i got into finals for 200m. suprise?? i won dorcas. she didnt qualify to finals. and i got seventh. but my timing sucks. oh well. wads done is done. tomoros relay. RELAY. i'm first runner. okayy. my passing with fiona is NOT good. NOT NOT good. pray hard everything turns out alright tomoro:D

its frigging HOT out there and we're still training. HOORAY?? and stoopid pamela sprayed some STINKY sunblock on ME. YUCK!! oh the workout was 300m*3 all out for the sprinters. jumpers do jumps on the grass and they get to jump with the springboard at the pit. WOW. how lucky of me to miss out on the fun. LOL.

i was damn pissed to not jump and she made me run. yar. 53s, 49s, 49s. i wasnt even tired. think i didnt give all out. ahahaha. and den after running, i wanted to do jumps and guess wad. ms natasha didnt let me do. cuz she thinks i'm tired. apparently not. but she saes i'll do jumps on monday!!

hmmm//. think i'm " retiring" from track this year. hahhahha. i'm changing my running style. instead of running on toes, i'm gonna run on fore foot. with the high knee and butt kick. now still recovering from shin splint. so i think is easier. cuz to recover from it, muz run with whole foot. and by running with whole foot, it's quite easy to swich to fore foot. lol. and by doing this, it might take till lyk nats, but, i rather use this year as the year of construction as i'm having some problms in the track team.

and and. while changing running style, i'm oso changing my jumping style. i'm gonna jump with high knee, and dun land so fast. muust hang in the air!! ALL THE WAY!!! and after dat, muz combine with a NEW run-up.

to achieve this i MUST MUST MUST train triple hard and have more trainings. YAR! i'm gonna be the new and improved JOEY by the end of the year. hopefully can make it b4 the nats, but, i think it's betta to dun rush. I CAN AND I WILL DO IT!!!!
